El Coco #3- Villa Familiar de 2 Quartos, Piscina Relaxante

Logement au rapport qualité-prix qui défie toute concurrence Positive: L'emplacement est super, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le complexe est très calme et bien entretenu. L'appartement entier est bien climatisé, ce qui est agréable, le staff a été aidant. Negative: La seule chose qui manque, c'est un espace pour faire la vaisselle dans le coin kitchenette.

El lugar es mas un lugar de descanso Positive: Los cuartos cómodos la ubicación muy cerca de la playa. Negative: La sona de cocina muy incomoda. No había para pileta lavar platos ni donde usar agua que estuviera dentro de la villa. El portón principal estaba malas condiciones. No había servicio de cable no pudimos ver nada del mundial.

Positive: The rooms we cozy and the pool was great for the 1 day we could use it. Negative: There was no coffee or proper amenities in the place. The only reason I booked was for the kitchenette and we could not cook or prepare any meals. I have a small child (4) and need to be able to prepare food. The BBQ was also broken. It was super loud at night and difficult to fall asleep. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. There were lots of ants as well in the place. We only stayed 2 nights and could only use the pool 1 day. The other day it was being cleaned and we couldn’t use it.

Relajante Positive: Las habitaciones son muy comodas y tienen una excelente vista a la piscina. La piscina es amplia y mantiene una misma profundidad excelente para los niños. Las villas son muy tranquilas. Un lugar muy recomendado para las personas que buscan un lugar seguro y céntrico para relajarse. Esperamos volver pronto con mas miembros de la familia. Definitivamente un lugar que recomiendo al 100%. Negative: El llavín de la puerta del baño estaba dañado por dentro. Y el portón no abría y cerraba automáticamente, había que empujarlo un poco. Pero nada del otro mundo. Pequeños detalles. :)

This is a great property for short term stays. I was there for 2 1/2 months after my reservation was canceled due to a sale. Even though it had nothing to do with Adrian and his staff, they went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Other than the house, these units have no kitchen. For that reason, and that reason alone, I feel it’s best suited for short stays or for people not wanting to cook. There’s a grill and sitting area outside for dining if you have access to cooking utensils. I can’t over emphasize how well I was treated by Adrian. He went above and beyond my expectations.
