He seemed a little slow and this place is in a sketchy neighborhood. Negative: horrible lighting, no sink in kitchenette, had to brew coffee on the floor as no place to plug it in, ants, people talking loudly on facetime in the pool, hard beds, loud noise from bar next door.

Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen Positive: Das Areal und der Poolbereich sind schön gestaltet - allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ariel ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Negative: Die Villa, die wir gebucht hatten, hat leider so gar nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir erstmal feststellen, dass ein Tisch und Stühle nicht vorhanden waren. Obwohl es eine Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle hatte und man daher eigentlich meinen sollte, dass ein Tisch nicht schlecht wäre. Schlimm war das Badezimmer… Die Dusche war so verkalkt und schimmelig, dass wir keinen Fuss reingesetzt haben und aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken kam nur ein Rinnsal. Ebenso wurde die Toilette definitiv nicht gereinigt bevor wir ankamen. Leider war auch der Fussboden in der Villa nicht sauber. Unser Kind lief barfuss und hatte danach schwarze Füsse… Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass im Schlafzimmer bei unserer Ankunft eine grosse tote Kakerlake am Boden lag und auch sonst im Haus viele Ameisen unterwegs waren. In der Nacht war es aufgrund der angrenzenden Karaokebar sehr laut, so dass wir mehrfach aufgewacht sind.

Yes, Ariel and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Ariel very helpful with the different tours to do and things in the Coco area.The Hot Tub by the pool could be a little warmer.

en general, para una estancia de un par de días el apartamento cumple con las necesidades mínimas. Positive: La atención brindada por Abigail fue excelente, es muy atenta y servicial. Negative: La habitación principal es muy pequeña y por lo tanto el tamaño de la cama es matrimonial, tamaño que no es el ideal.
