Luxury Suite close to the beach and Coco vibe

Great place to stay. Would definitely come back again. Positive: The property was very well kept, rooms are large with many amenities such as jacuzzii, kitchenette area, separate bedroom. The pool and hot tub are well kept. It’s also only 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Negative: Nothing

Beautiful property but noise and lack of hot water were annoying considering the price. Positive: Bed was good. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was good as it was a short walk from the restaurants, shops and bars (however, we heard the music from the bar until late at night). We liked the pool. Negative: The pictures of the property show all the rooms/villas. It is difficult to understand what your room will be like. Bathroom as no door as it is right in the bedroom. The water pressure is limited and at times there was no hot water. With that in mind, it is crazy that there is a jacuzzi in the room. There was nowhere to hang clothes. A couple of hooks or a rack would be a good improvement. We heard our neighborg talking online and watching videos through the adjoining door. Music was coming from the nearby bar until 1 am. Fortunately, we had earplugs.

It is worth the money, and much better than many the other options I saw while around Coco Beach. Positive: The location was geographically great. My brother and I could make it to the beach within about five minutes. There are two grocery stores within a minute walk of the location. The property was secure with the only way being in or out being a key fob. If you’re somebody who enjoys sitting by the pool or being in the pool, they have a decent one. I also have a grill by the pool if you want to cook some food. The showers were large. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. So I suppose if I had to pick one sentence to describe what I liked it would be “it is what you want from a place to stay when you are paying $200 a night as someone who values their money and needs to justify spending it on a place to sleep.” Negative: The only complaints that I have are of no fault Green Villas. When my brother and I gotten in bed for the first night, we noticed that there was music coming from a location somewhere in the vicinity, loud enough to be a distraction whenever it came to trying to go to sleep. A restaurant outside of the gate throws their old grease in the ditch beside the road every morning. So whenever my brother and I were leaving in the morning to go about the planned activities, it smelled like rotten human fecal matter. But it’s worth noting the smell was only on the road and in no way traveled to the villas.
